More information on OCIO services can be found on the OCIO website. Students can always email us at helpdesk@ocio.eduhk.hk or call our hotline, 2948 6601, for assistance. There is a 24-hour voice recording system for users to leave messages after office hours or when the line is busy. Our colleagues will respond as soon as possible. We also have an AI-powered Chatbot on the OCIO website to provide fast and automatic answers to most questions on OCIO services. Besides, students can report IT related problems/incidents online using the LANDesk self-service anywhere anytime.
